INTRODUCTION:- Vodka word is derived from polish. It is a distilled alcoholic beverage. In ancient times the vodka was made by distilling liquid from fermented grains. It is composed mainly of water and alcohol. It comes in many flavors like orange, green apple, honey, etc. Vodka consumption in India is now trending.
HISTORY AND INVENTION:- Vodka was produced in Poland in the middle ages. At the end of 16th-century vodka, production was much higher in Poland. Initially, Vodka started exporting to silesia. And in the 17th and 18th centuries, it was known in the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, Russia, England.
TASTE, SMELL, TYPES, APPEARANCE:- Vodka has one of the main advantages it has no odor while it appears like water. The taste of vodka can be described as lemon and black pepper.
TYPES OF VODKA ARE:-
○ Kubanskaya Vodka
○ Pertsovka Vodka
○ Starka Vodka
○ Cranberry Vodka
CONCLUSION:- In these days vodka is used as medicine and it ‘increase fertility and awaken lust’ as said by Stefan Flamier in 1534. On May 9, 1945, the nazis surrendered to the soviet union. They partied so hard and within 22 hours, they ran out of vodkas.
