Wine is an alcoholic beverage that is made with fermented grapes juice. The alcohol contains in wine is 6 to 21%. It is made with v.labrusca,v.aestivails,v.rupestris grapes.
Wine is made from fermented Grapes, wine culture is also spread in India. More than 110 wineries in India and Nashik, Pune, Banglore, Hampi hills, and Karnataka are the state’s major producers of wines. More than 58% of wine drinkers in India and consume domestic wine
HISTORY AND INVENTION:- History of wines is very ancient, it is an alcoholic beverage it is made with fermented grapes. Wines is a 1000-year-old drink, in china it is made from (7000 B.C), Georgia (6000 B.C), Itly (4000B.C). It is consumed by its intoxicating effects. Wine played an important role in religions Red wine was associated with blood by ancient Egyptians.
The appearance of wine can say more about the wine like its maturity, condition, and many more. Like Copper and brown tone in red wine is the indication of maturity of the wine. Purple indicates the Varieties of grapes e.g. Gamay or Portuguese. Wines aroma is very subtle, the smells of white are like tree fruits, melons, etc.
